Returns Policy

What if the shoe doesn't fit? No worries, you can always return unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. If we cannot sell the returned item as "new", we will contact you to make arrangements for partial refund or store credit. Shoes can be returned up to six months after the original purchase date for a full refund. Please understand that due to limited shelf life, our Equibond Glue and EponaShoe Packing must be returned within 30 days after the original purchase date.

Refunds for items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package to the address below.

Shipping

We recommend USPS Priority Mail for most shipments. We try to ship the same day if your order arrives by noon California time.
